System Overview

Google Analytics:
The primary intended purpose of Google Analytics is to provide users with the digital tools to analyze data from all touch points in one place and provides valuable insight to the customer experience. By using the tools and reports provided by Google Analytics, businesses will establish who their typical customers are, and it will grant businesses greater efficiency when using other tools, such as social media, advertising and the overall content of their website, to optimize their operation. Indications of trends over specific periods of time and the demographics of the people that are accessing the information will provide useful information to make decisions based on real information rather than assumptions. This tool is useful for better understanding clientele and allowing a company to focus or make changes based on the results.

These ads can be customized in order to actively target the groups that may have been identified through analytics.  The Pay-per-click ads can be set to properly target consumers through searches with certain words or interests.
